In Krasnoyarsk, the first stage of repair work was completed on Grosovtsev Street

The Department of Urban Development reported on the successful completion of the first stage of repair work on Grosovtsev Street in Krasnoyarsk.

This fall, almost a kilometer of the road there was renewed: one section along Norilskaya Street from house No. 18b to the 34th house, and the second – from the 36th house to the 42nd. A new asphalt surface was laid on the site, curbs were replaced, lighting poles were installed, wide sidewalk paths were made, and black soil was poured for lawns.

The repairs were supervised by specialists from the Roads and Improvement Department. The first stage of repair work was inspected by representatives of the Oktyabrsky district administration, the urban planning department and residents.

“There were continuous holes here, you couldn’t call it a road, it was a direction. We are very grateful that the issue has been resolved. They also helped us organize a paid parking lot, which will open soon, and all cars that interfere with travel on Grosovtsev Street will be parked in this parking lot,” shared Anna Shemberg, a resident of house number 20 on Norilskaya Street.

Let us remind you that with the question of the need to repair this street, Krasnoyarsk residents turned to one of the direct lines of the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory on social networks. To begin work, it took more than a year to resolve land issues.

“Most of the land plots fell on the lands of private property – apartment buildings, individuals and legal entities, private entrepreneurs. We started working with each owner individually,” said Boris Pereverzev, head of the Oktyabrsky district administration.

Thus, one of the owners, the company SEM and K LLC, repaired a section of the road in the area of ​​the 34th building at its own expense. The developer agreed on the materials and technical parameters with UDIB specialists. Currently, out of 19 necessary land plots, 7 have been transferred to municipal ownership, they have already been renovated. 5 plots are located under apartment buildings; a land surveying procedure is necessary for the subsequent transfer of land to the city. For another 7 areas the issue is being resolved in court.

“These land plots are located on the section from Kalinina Street to the building at Grosovtsev Street, 3. In fact, after their purchase, it will be possible to provide residents of the microdistrict with a full-fledged passage from Grosovtsev Street to Norilskaya Street. The purchase of these land plots is a matter of time, the court will determine the final cost, and then the funds will be transferred to the owners,” said the deputy head of the city, head of the urban planning department, Sergei Shikunov.

Now the repaired areas along Grosovtsev Street have been placed on the balance sheet of the municipality and are included in the street cleaning schedule. A traffic management project will be created for the road, a pedestrian crossing will be installed and speed bumps will be installed.
