Weather Monday, November 3, 2025. Unusually high temperatures in the first days of November

The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) announces that, between Monday, November 3, 2025, 9:00 a.m. and Tuesday, November 4, 2025, 9:00 a.m., the weather will continue to be warmer than normal for the period, in most of the country.

Although daytime temperatures will drop slightly, in the east, center and southeast of Romania, the values will remain similar to those of the previous days. The sky will be temporarily cloudy, and the rains will appear during the day and at the beginning of the night in Banat, Crișana, Maramureș, western Transylvania and Oltenia, and later the precipitation will spread to Muntenia, Moldova, Oltenia, eastern Transylvania and isolated in the rest of the territory.
At altitudes above 1,700 meters, mixed precipitation in the form of sleet and snow will be possible at night. In the morning there will be local fog in the center, south and east of the country, and tonight it will appear isolated, especially in the extreme south-east and west.
The wind will blow weak and moderate, with some temporary intensification in the mountainous area, in the west, northeast and in places in the rest of the territory, with gust speeds of 40-45 km/h. The maximum temperatures will be between 15 and 23°C, and the minimum between 3 and 12°C.
What will the weather be like in Bucharest?
In the Capital, in the same interval, the weather will remain warm for the beginning of November. During the day, the sky will be variable, with low clouds and fog in the early hours of the morning, and at night it will become cloudy and rain at times. The wind will be light to moderate. The maximum temperature will be 19-20°C, and the minimum between 8 and 10°C.
