“A snack from crab sticks on Easter, which will hit everyone! Crushing Briosh, delicate crab filling, the aroma of lime and sesame seeds – and red caviar for a luxurious final stroke on top,” Brzezinsky noted.
Ingredients:
- cooled crab sticks – 200 g;
- Green onions – 10 g;
- egg protein – 1 pc .;
- Corn starch – 1 tbsp. L.;
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp;
- sesame oil – 1 tsp;
- Lima zest – ½ pcs.;
- Briosh bread – 400 g;
- sunflower oil – 150 ml;
- sesame – 4 tbsp. L.;
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. L.;
- red caviar – 30 g;
- Salt, pepper, sugar to taste.
Cooking
- Finely chop crab sticks, add onions, protein, starch, zest, soy sauce, sesame oil and spices.
- We cut the briosh into pieces (7×4 cm), spread the minced meat on one side.
- We roll the side with minced meat in sesame seeds and fry until golden crust.
- Add a little mayonnaise, decorate with egg and green onions.
