Rospotrebnadzor conducted a scheduled inspection of the Urartu restaurant in the center of Krasnoyarsk and identified a number of violations.
So, in a saucepan in the refrigerator, experts found borscht, which was labeled with a one-week shelf life. At the same time, the sale of ready-made dishes is not allowed the very next day.
Also in the refrigeration equipment there were vegetables, fruits and seafood without labeling. In addition, fish products and semi-finished chicken products were stored at a temperature of −12 °C instead of the temperature set by the manufacturers at no higher than −18 °C.
On top of that, according to the results of laboratory tests, the finished products did not meet the requirements of the CU TR for microbiological indicators.
Also, the flow of technological processes in the restaurant was disrupted (crossings of raw and finished food products), and the loading of products was carried out from the courtyard of an apartment building, where the children's playground and entrances to the residential premises are located. In addition, no deratization measures were carried out in the catering establishment.
Rospotrebnadzor brought Urartu LLC to administrative liability in the form of a fine of 30,000 rubles and issued instructions to eliminate the identified violations within a specified period.
“The fine has already been paid. If the violations are not eliminated, we will consider filing a claim in court,” the Department said.
Let us remind you that the family restaurant of European cuisine “Urartu” has been operating in Krasnoyarsk for about 20 years and has repeatedly been included in the ratings of the best establishments in the country.
