“This is the same anthill cake – a real yummy familiar to many since childhood. Even after years, the recipe has not lost its relevance: crispy crumbs from a homemade sand dough with nuts and poppy seeds in combination with cream of condensed milk simply cannot ignore!” – noted the culinary culinary.
Ingredients:
- two eggs;
- 150 g of sugar;
- 50 ml of milk;
- 1⁄3 tsp. salts;
- 100 g of oil;
- 450 g of wheat flour;
- 10 g of baking powder;
- 2 tbsp. l. wheat flour;
- 500 g of condensed milk;
- 180 g of oil;
- 2 tbsp. l. poppy;
- 100 g of crushed walnuts.
Cooking
- Mix sugar, eggs, salt and milk with a whisk. Add the oil to the mixture and mix again.
- Gradually add flour with baking powder and knead the dough.
- Divide the mass into two parts, wrap them in a dietary film and put them in the freezer for one to two hours.
- Grate the frozen dough, add 2 tbsp to it. l. flour, mix and put the mass on a baking sheet covered with parchment, evenly distributing the dough. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
- Pull the finished dough with your hands in a bowl, add poppy, nuts and mix.
- Melt the oil in the saucepan and add condensed milk to it. Mix this cream with the dough.
- Bull a deep bowl with cling film. Put the dough with cream and compact. Put the cake in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
- After a few hours, turn the bowl on the plank or flat plate and remove the film.
