On October 22, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv granted the prosecutor’s request and chose a preventive measure for Bilous in the case of sexual violence against female students. Bilous was escorted out of the courtroom by a convoy. He will be in custody until October 17.
“This is the first story of harassment in the history of Ukraine that has led to a real investigation and a report of suspicion,” noted the prosecutor in the case, Maria Vdovichenko.
