Beeline launched the Call Recording service. When connecting to the service, the operator will save an audio recording of each conversation, accompanied by a transcript and a short summary, so that you can conveniently return to them. The new service is included in the subscription to the PRO version of the “Virtual Assistant”; during the subscription period it can be turned on and off an unlimited number of times.
Recordings and text transcripts are stored in the operator’s mobile application for 90 days; if desired, they can be saved to a smartphone or deleted. Beeline's own software, registered in the domestic software register, is responsible for transcribing and summarizing conversations.
Call recording worked in pilot mode for some time. 39% of pilot participants reported that they use it to record work and other agreements, 32% said that they save personal conversations, 26% use it to ensure safety and evidence in controversial situations. According to reviews from the majority of respondents (78%), the function solves all or almost all of the tasks assigned to it.
The new service is an application to the PRO version of the “Virtual Assistant”, which receives and transcribes calls when the client cannot pick up the phone, and also blocks spam and dubious calls, including in instant messengers.
Previously, the service was strengthened due to additional security measures: now it recognizes fraudulent calls by analyzing the sound wave and interrupts the conversation when an SMS is received from Gosuslug. If trouble does occur, the user of the PRO version receives compensation for the stolen money within 5 business days using only two documents.
