Over the past 2 years, 50 establishments have closed in the city. At the end of 2024, another 50 establishments are preparing to close. Restaurateurs are complaining that their earnings are falling dramatically, and therefore are announcing the closure of establishments and mass layoffs of employees.

The reason is that displaced persons began to leave Lviv, of whom there were 150 thousand in June 2023. The second factor was the increased mobilization and raids of the TCC.
