Kamiński and Wąsik accused of illegal participation in the Sejm proceedings. The prosecutor's office launched its guns

On Thursday, the Warsaw District Prosecutor's Office sent an indictment against Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik to the District Court for Warsaw – Śródmieście, informed the spokesman of the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, Prosecutor Piotr Antoni Skiba.

The prosecutor's office accuses them of illegally participating in the Sejm debates and votes on December 21 and 28, 2023 in Warsaw, as well as in the above-mentioned meeting of the Sejm Administration and Internal Affairs Committee.

The defendants face a sentence of 3 months to 5 years in prison. (PAP)
