Specialists from the Krasnoyarsk Roads and Improvement Department are solving the problem of flooding in the area of house No. 90 on Sudostroitelnaya Street in the Pashenny microdistrict.
Residents have repeatedly complained about the “eternal” puddle in this place. The road workers finally heard them and began to actively work to eliminate it.
“This is actually the lowest point where water from nearby yards accumulates. The lack of storm drainage led to constant inconvenience for residents. To remedy the situation, it was decided to install a storage tank with a volume of almost 100 m³. The work is already in full swing: a rainwater well has been successfully installed and the site for the reservoir has been prepared. The walls are cast and the concrete is gaining strength. In the near future, the structure will be covered with slabs, and special services will pump out water as it accumulates,” said the UDIB.
All work is planned to be completed until the end of the current landscaping season.
