The diet should not contain foods that contain sweeteners such as aspartame, sucralose and acesulfame-K. Also dangerous to health are nitrites (E249-E252), which can be found in sausages, sausages, bacon and shreds.
When purchasing sweets, yoghurts and drinks, it is important to check that they are made without dyes or flavors. The nutritionist noted that the most dangerous are E102, E110 and E129.
