In the Emelyanovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the VI rally of search detachments of the Siberian Federal District “Destral Chronicle of Victory” started. The grand opening, according to tradition, took place on the basis of the Center for pre -conscription training “Unarmia”.
180 activists from 14 to 18 years from the Krasnoyarsk, Altai region, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Kemerovo and Tomsk regions will take part in the events of the rally. The head of the region Mikhail Kotyukov arrived to greet the search detachments of the Siberian Federal District.
“From the first days of World War II, the Siberians went to the front, participated in all key battles. Many are still considered missing. By your efforts, you help to maintain memory, restore the pages of family albums. A rally will give you the opportunity to study modern work methods and military archeology, in a week you will make friends, learn closer to your comrades, ”said Mikhail Kotyukov.
At the opening ceremony of the rally, the chairman of the Council of the Regional Department of the Search Movement of Russia, Boris Bodikov, handed the medal “For Courage” and the personal belongings of the fighter, whose remains were discovered in the spring during work in Sevastopol, to the Memorial of Victory. By the number, it was possible to find out that the medal belonged to the assistant platoon commander Vladimir Markovich Semenov, who was born in 1917 in the Uyarsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Now they are looking for relatives of the Red Army.
Also, at the opening of a rally, three search detachments were awarded letters of appreciation for perpetuating and careful attitude to the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War.
Recall that the main goal of the rally “subscribe to the chronicle of victory” is the exchange of experience and improve the activity of preserving the memory of the dead during the protection of the Fatherland. For young search engines, a large educational program is provided. The guys will learn to conduct work in places where battles, navigate the terrain, handle artifacts, and study the basics of first aid. The rally on July 4 will end.
