It is refreshing, gently invigorating and does not leave a feeling of being “squeezed out”. Made without cooking with just 4 simple ingredients.
What you will need:
Freshly squeezed juice of 1 orange
Juice of ½ lemon
Grated fresh ginger – 1 teaspoon
Water (sparkling or plain) – 200 ml
Pinch of sea salt
Ice – according to your mood
How to cook:
- Pour orange and lemon juice into a glass or bottle with a lid.
- Add ginger and a pinch of salt.
- Add water and shake or stir well.
- Throw in a couple of ice cubes.
