The president of the internet cantor of Cinkciarz.pl, Marcin Piórka was covered by the red interpol note, being among the most wanted people in the world. In the case of the collapse of the companies belonging to it, the prosecutor's office is investigating, in which customer damage is currently estimated at PLN 125 million.

Marcin Piórka – president of the online currency exchange office cinkciarz.pl – was covered by the so -called Interpol's red note. Thus, he was among the people in the crosshairs of services from around the world. He is wanted in connection with suspected fraud and laundering of high value.
On the basis of a red note, the proper authorities in the US will be able to stop the wanted in their territory. This is where Marcin Piórka is currently staying, who at all times denies the accusations against him and accuses the prosecutor's office of falsifying evidence in the case held against him.

Marcin Piórka – President of Cinkciarz.pl on the Interpol list. What will happen next?
At the end of July, we asked lawyers specializing in extradition about possible scenarios regarding the prosecutor's office in the case of Marcin Piór. According to them, after issuing a red note, Interpol may be stopped by American services.
Often at this stage there is a temporary arrest of the suspect – so as to secure his presence until the formal extradition application – commented on Bankier.pl Patron Adam Szewc.
In the event of arrest Marcin Piórie or determining the place where he stays abroad, the Polish authorities will be able to start a procedure related to bringing him to the country. The extradition itself will not be simple.
– in the case of extradition from the United States, unlike a simplified procedure operating within the EU (European arrest warrant), it will be necessary to carry out a standard extradition procedure that requires cooperation between the judiciary and the executive at the level of the Ministry of JusticeAnd, because a possible application for extradition must be sent to American authorities through the Polish Ministry of Justice – patron Marcin Ajs told us.
What next about Marcin P.?
The president of Cinkciarz.pl is already officially sought after by arrest warrant, although the place where he is staying is, according to the customers of the currency exchange office, no secret. We asked lawyers specializing in the area of extradition.
The president of Cinkciarz.pl accuses the prosecutor's office
The president of the currency exchange office of Cinkciarz.pl, whose company stopped paying funds belonging to its clients at the end of last year, conducts a campaign in social media, where on Facebook and LinkedIn “reveals the forgery of the prosecutor's office”. In his entries, he claims that investigators have also included some of the transactions implemented as customer losses.
In addition, Marcin Piórka also claimed that “the prosecutor's office secretly released Robert G. and Monika J.” – member of the management board of Cinkciarz.pl and the chief accountant of the company, detained in the course of the investigation.
A spokesman for the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Poznań Anna Marszałek, when asked about the charges of President Cinkciarz, told us that the prosecutor's office would not comment on the media of statements posted by the suspect in social media. She also indicated that the detainees Robert G. and Monika J. came out of custody behind the property guarantee. However, this does not mean closing the investigation.
On September 29, 2025, the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Poznań issued a statement in which she announced that “all writing mistakes in the content issued were corrected and do not constitute substantive deficiencies of the investigation” – apparently referring to the accusations formulated by Marcin Piór. It was also informed about the addition of more currency exchange customers to the list. Their starts are currently estimated at PLN 125 million.
