The administration of Krasnoyarsk spoke about raising a pension to the mayor and deputies (video)

October 7 16:52
The temporarily acting mayor of Krasnoyarsk, Roman Odintsov, answered the question of media representatives about raising pensions to officials of the city administration. He stated that payments, subject to certain conditions, will only grow by 10 %, although earlier it was previously reported about 25 %.
“There is no two -time increase in the pension. I do not know where it came from and was dispersed last Friday. All the changes that are assumed, and the decision that is supposed to record those decisions that took place at the regional and federal levels. As for municipal employees – these are the main ones, there is the maximum increase by 10 % of the surcharge to pension that people already receive and which are already retired, and, accordingly, will be left, ”the acting mayor of the TVC quotes.
Comment by the acting head of the city of Krasnoyarsk
The statements of Roman Odintsov seemed contradictory to many and caused an ambiguous reaction, but the situation was promptly clarified in the city administration.
First of all, the city hall reported that it is necessary to strictly share such concepts as “municipal employees” and “persons replacing municipal positions”. The first includes the overwhelming number of employees of local authorities in Krasnoyarsk, the second – deputies of the City Council working on an ongoing basis, chairman and deputy chairman, auditors of the Accounts Chamber, as well as the head of the municipality.
“The possibility of indexing pensions is provided for persons who were municipal employees and are already retired. As a rule, the size of such indexation, if it occurs, does not exceed 10 %. As for an increase by 25 %, this is related to persons replacing municipal positions. This is what Roman Valerievich had in mind, so there are no contradictions here, ”the city hall explained.
Recall that information about the increase in pensions to officials of the city hall appeared on the portal of the City Council on October 3.
