Mostly residents of apartment buildings complained about the lack of heat in separate rooms and rooms. There were also reports of the inaction of managing organizations.

“All complaints were promptly transferred to management companies, whose leaders were also present on hot lines. BOThe legend part of the complaints was eliminated within a few hours after the call. The residents will be called up for control, ”the city hall said.

Recall that the citywide heating season in Krasnoyarsk started on September 23. For the rebuilding of the system, 10 days were allotted to the regulatory parameters. By October 3, the heat was supposed to appear in all buildings and premises of the city.

“If somewhere there are still problems with the temperature of the batteries, then this situation can already be reported to the supervisory authorities. Punishment measures for non -fulfillment of duties in these cases may be applied by the service of construction supervision and housing control of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Unresolved problems can also be reported to the citywide “hot line”, which will be held on Wednesday, October 8, will be held by the first deputy head of the city, Alexander Matsak, ”the city hall said.
