In Minusinsk, a local resident will be sentenced for attacking a police officer after an accident. This was reported in the joint press service of the courts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The incident occurred on September 17. The woman was driving while intoxicated and caused an accident. When drawing up an administrative protocol, she tried to offer a bribe to the inspector, which required calling an investigative team.
During an inspection of the car, the woman struck at least two blows to the police driver of the patrol car. The accused was dissatisfied with the inspection of her car and tried to force the law enforcement officers away from the vehicle.
The criminal case was sent to the Minusinsk City Court. The sanction of the article provides for punishment of up to 5 years in prison. The date for the first court hearing has not yet been set.
