In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a criminal case was opened after the crash of the An-2 aircraft airline. This was reported in the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office.
The tragedy occurred on the evening of October 3, 40 kilometers from the village of Tanzybey in the Ermakovsky district. On board there were two crew members. Earlier, the department reported that at least one of them died as a result of a rigid landing.
Today, October 5, it became known that, in the fact of the crash of the aircraft, a criminal case was opened under Part 3 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code – violation of the rules of traffic safety and operation of air transport, resulting in causing by negligence the death of more than two persons.
The necessary investigative and procedural actions are being carried out.
The Abakan transport prosecutor Denis Bazhan is at the scene, coordinates the activities of law enforcement agencies.
