In Krasnoyarsk and other Russian cities, mass killings were planned, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the FSB Central Union.
It was possible to detain five citizens of Russia involved in the preparation of mass killings in the cities of Donetsk, Mariupol, Krasnoyarsk and Orel. Three more minors from the Chelyabinsk region planned to commit a terrorist attack at the transport infrastructure facility.
“The components for the manufacture of homemade explosive and incendiary devices, cold weapons, the plans for the preparation of armed attacks, Nazi symbols and propaganda materials of Ukrainian terrorist structures were seized in their residence addresses,” the FSB noted.
It was possible to reach the attackers during events aimed at suppressing the work of destructive Internet resources. They took place in 75 regions of Russia. 325 administrators and users received warnings.
59 administrators of the channels and chats of the Telegram messenger found instructions for conducting diversion-terrorist activities, the manufacture of explosives, as well as correspondence with foreign curators of terrorist organizations. The channels themselves distributed neo -Nazi and terrorist ideology.
In relation to 9 people, criminal cases under articles on preparation for the attack; participation in the activities of a terrorist organization; illegal storage of explosives; public calls for terrorist activities; public calls for extremist activities.
“Prevention measures were taken against 258 persons who fell under the Internet by moderators of destructive ideologies. The issue of qualifying the unlawful activities of 58 propagandists and supporters of the ideology of mass killings and suicide is being resolved, ”the FSB added.
