The court found a resident of Krasnoyarsk to be guilty of a large -scale fraud and sentenced to enforcement.

As follows from the case file, in February 2024, a man recognized as bankrupt had died. A week later, through the woman’s phone, he went to the bank’s application and issued a loan on her.
“The bank, which did not have information about the death of the client, approved the application and ranked 500 thousand rubles to its card immediately to my accounts to spend them on personal needs and repayment of old debts. When the deception was opened, law enforcement officers entered into business, ”the prosecutor’s office said.
For committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the court sentenced the Krasnoyarsk to 1.5 years for compulsory work with a deduction of 10 % of earnings in state revenue.
