There is no decision yet regarding the handing over of Ukraine American long -range rockets of Tomahawk – emphasized on Tuesday a special USA messenger for Ukraine Keith Kellogg during the Warsaw Security Forum.

The President of Ukraine Wołodymyr Zelanski at a meeting with US President Donald Trump on September 23 in New York asked to deliver Tomahawk rockets with a range of 2.5 thousand. km. The US vice president JD Vance confirmed on Sunday that the United States is considering selling Tomahawk shells Ukraine.
Gen. Kellogg, when asked about this issue during the Warsaw Security Forum, confirmed that the issue of Tomahawk rockets was raised by Zelanski during a meeting with the American president, although – as he reserved – he did not participate in this conversation.
A special US envoy pointed out that there is no decision yet confirming or denying the readiness of the United States to transfer these missiles to Ukraine. He also stated that this was probably the most serious issue that was raised during the Trump -Zełenski meeting.
Kellogg emphasized that Tomahawk rockets are a very advanced rocket system, which – in his opinion – is a “gamechanger”. The final decision – as Kellogg reserved – will be made by the US president.
“If such an advanced system is obtained, it changes the dynamics of the conflict, due to the fact that it adds a certain element of certainty or uncertainty to the equation,” said Kellogg.
He also referred to the commentary of the spokesman of the Kremlin Dmitry Pieskow in this matter, who pointed out that Russian military specialists monitor the issue of possible supplies of American long -range rockets of Ukraine.
“If Pieskow's attention is paid, regardless of what he says, you know that something had an impact on their psyche,” Kellogg said.
Warsaw Security Forum is an international conference on the subject of the security of Europe and the world. Politicians, military and experts from the area of security from 80 countries participate in the discussion panels. (PAP)
