A resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory decided to return a poorly reaching goat to the former master

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, employees of Rospotrebnadzor told how to return the goat to the former owner, which gives only half of the promoted by the sale of a udoi.

The department said that they received a complaint from a man who bought a goat from a citizen. During the transaction, he promised that the animal gives a liter of milk, but after the sale it turned out that the milk yield is half as much – only 500 ml. The new owner decided to return the goat and get his 10 thousand rubles back.

The Rospotrebnadzor explained that the law on the protection of consumer rights to transactions between individuals does not apply. They can be considered only within the framework of civil law relations in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

“First of all, the victim should contact the seller with claims. If the parties cannot agree, then the dispute will have to be decided exclusively in court, ”the department noted.

In the court of each of the parties, it will be necessary to prove the circumstances to which it refers as on the basis of its requirements and objections. So it requires part 1 tbsp. 56 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
