In the Sharypovsky municipal district, the police, together with the specialists of the hunter, detained the poacher. This was told in the State Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The traffic police and representatives of the hunting inspector in the forest near the village of violinist, stopped two men on horses, one of whom found a carcass of a badger and a gun with them. When checking the documents, the police found out that a 21-year-old man had neither a permission to hunt, nor a license to carry weapons.
“The young man explained the possession of the weapon with a random find, after which he decided to leave him to himself,” law enforcement officers said.
The damage amounted to 18 thousand rubles, the carcass of a badger and a gun were seized. In the attitude of the man, they drew up a protocol under Part 1 of Art. 8.37 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Violation of the rules of hunting and rules for using objects of the animal world.”
In addition, the precinct authorized material was collected on the fact of illegal storage of weapons. A check is being carried out now.
