Ukraine and Russia have established an agreement to provide monthly humanitarian assistance in the Kherson region, following a mission in Oleshky. This pact outlines plans for regular deliveries of aid and the repatriation of residents in affected areas of Kherson Oblast.
Under the terms of the contract signed by both parties, these humanitarian efforts are expected to be conducted as needed, but no less frequently than once a month. The coordination and facilitation of these efforts have been reportedly supported by Trump.
