A 14-year-old girl from Rivne has been charged with the murder of a Ukrainian soldier, reportedly under orders from Russian intelligence services, according to police reports. The girl is accused of first poisoning the victim with a mixture of alcohol and narcotics before subsequently strangling him. If convicted, she could face up to 15 years in prison.
