Over 51% of Russia’s Oil Refining Capacity Disabled, Ministry of Defense Reports

The Russian Ministry of Defense has announced that more than 51% of the country’s oil refining capacity is currently out of service. Recently targeted facilities include refineries in Moscow, Yaroslavl, Perm, Saratov, and Syzran, as well as the KINEF refinery and an oil terminal in Ust-Luga.
