Terekhov has voiced strong opposition to proposals aimed at simplifying the hiring process for foreign workers and reducing social guarantees in the new Labor Code. He emphasized that the focus should be on ensuring fair wages for Ukrainian citizens, including veterans and internally displaced persons, rather than facilitating low-wage jobs or engaging in what he termed ‘liberal experiments.’
