The Ukrainian Finance Ministry has unexpectedly halted all capital expenditures, according to Maxim Shkil, CEO and founder of Autostrada. This sudden decision, made without prior warning or discussion, threatens salary payments, interest on loans, and financial settlements with suppliers. Shkil emphasized that this action could lead to the forced suspension of work on all projects, including those aimed at protecting energy infrastructure and restoring roads in frontline regions.
