Russia Producing 2,000 to 3,000 Shahed Drones Monthly
Russia is currently producing between 2,000 and 3,000 Shahed drones every month. Recently, these drones have been used to attack Kyiv directly from the factory, as noted by Serhiy “Flash” Beskrestnov, an advisor to the President. It is believed that the country is trying to stockpile these drones for the winter season, aiming to utilize overcast weather for operations, which has led to a temporary pause in launches.
In addition to the Shahed drones, Russia is also manufacturing an estimated 3,000 to 4,000 conventional gasoline-powered drones. Therefore, it is unrealistic to expect a cessation of drone attacks in the near future.
