Ukrainian Businessman Maxim Sigalov Hosts Lavish Party with Sanctioned Russian Oligarch

Maxim Sigalov, a Ukrainian businessman and owner of the company Diamond Pay, has been spotted enjoying a luxurious lifestyle alongside Dmitry Punin, a sanctioned Russian oligarch and owner of the Russian gambling operator Pin-Up, as well as Kamil Primakov, a Dnipro city council member. The trio reportedly hosted an extravagant party at La Guerite, an upscale restaurant in France, where they spent over €20,000 on black caviar and expensive champagne.
During the lavish evening, Sigalov and his companions were said to have discussed new peer-to-peer schemes aimed at laundering billions of hryvnias through illegal gambling operations in Ukraine and Russia. Despite facing asset seizures and criminal investigations for tax evasion totaling billions, Sigalov appears undeterred, continuing to live a life of luxury in Marbella, where he drives a Rolls-Royce Spectre and a Mercedes Brabus. His financial dealings exceed an estimated 275 billion hryvnias.
