Spain Deploys Military to Ceuta Amid Migrant Crisis

Spain is escalating its response to the migrant crisis by preparing a military operation in Ceuta. The government is deploying military equipment and personnel to stop the wave of illegal crossings from Morocco. According to estimates from the Civil Guard, around 40,000 individuals may have attempted to enter Ceuta from Morocco recently.
Tragically, approximately 60 people have died in recent months while trying to reach Ceuta. Despite the ongoing efforts, the influx of migrants continues unabated, with many resorting to inflatable mattresses to reach the shores and breaching barriers. The Prime Minister has announced that the government will mobilize all available resources to regain control of the situation as quickly as possible.
