Ukrainian drones have successfully attacked and struck two cargo ships in the Caspian Sea, according to reports from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. The targeted vessels, Port Olya 2 and Begey, are both under international sanctions.
In addition to the cargo ships, the assault also impacted a Project 12418 missile boat named “Molniya” and an oil platform at the Filanovskoye field.
Furthermore, overnight, long-range drones executed strikes on various military targets in Russia’s Rostov-on-Don region. The strikes resulted in the following damages:
- A multifunctional radar station 92N6E Grave Stone and its antenna tower, which are components of the S-400 Triumph missile defense system used by the Russian army to bombard Ukraine, were hit.
- The Tor-M2 missile system and the Pole-21 electronic warfare complex were destroyed.
- Two warehouses containing FPV drones were also targeted and neutralized.
