Ukraine has announced a new procedure for volunteer recruitment amid mobilization efforts. Candidates will now interact directly with their chosen military unit, eliminating the need to approach regional recruitment centers. This change allows military commanders the authority to independently issue orders for volunteers to undergo medical examinations. Once an order is issued, a volunteer cannot be forcibly mobilized for at least five days.
