Karelian villages isolated from the world
Eight Karelian villages have been isolated from the rest of the world, local media report. The only possible transport links for residents were buses. But they decided to cancel them too.
Residents of settlements (Shoksha, Kvartsitny, Ishanino, Vekhruchey, Sheltozero, Rybreka, Another River, Kaskesruchey) were left without the opportunity to travel outside their villages or come here.
