Russia Launches Over 40 Ballistic Missiles at Kyiv in 40 Minutes

In a coordinated attack, Russia launched around 40 ballistic missiles towards Kyiv within a span of 40 minutes. This assault, involving missiles of the types Iskander-M, Zircon, and S-400, represents the highest number of ballistic missiles deployed against the Ukrainian capital since the onset of the full-scale war. Reports indicate that impacts and fires were reported in five districts of the city.
In the Solomianskyi district, a fire erupted in an office building, affecting both residential and non-residential structures. Meanwhile, in the Shevchenkivskyi district, vehicles and a three-story building caught fire, prompting rescue operations to evacuate individuals from the site. The Svitochynskyi district experienced a fire on the roof of a private residential house, while in the Desnianskyi district, firefighters managed to contain a blaze in non-residential buildings. Additionally, the Dniprovskyi district reported fires involving vehicles, a non-residential building, and a dormitory.
