Ten Developers Account for a Quarter of New Housing in Ukraine Amid War

A recent analysis from Forbes Ukraine indicates that ten developers are responsible for 24.5% of all new housing constructed in Ukraine since the onset of the full-scale war, a figure projected to remain through the end of 2025. The report, in collaboration with the LUN service, highlights that the majority of these leading firms are based in the capital, Kyiv.

Among regional developers, only Blago from Ivano-Frankivsk and KADORR Group, owned by businessman Ruslan Kivan from Odesa, made it into the national top ten list of builders. This concentration of development reflects not only the ongoing challenges posed by the war but also the resilience of the construction sector in specific areas.
