Bosnia Earns $12.5 Million After World Cup Exit

Bosnia, which recently faced Romania in the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup and is set to compete against them in the Nations League, exited the World Cup in the Round of 16 after a 0-2 loss to the United States. However, the team secured a substantial financial reward for its achievements in the tournament.

Historically, Bosnia performed well at the World Cup, advancing past the group stage to secure one of the best third-place finishes.
