Russian General Staff Develops Plans for New Offensive in Ukraine

General Syrsky discusses Russian plans for an offensive in Ukraine
General Oleksandr Syrsky has revealed that the Russian General Staff has developed multiple strategies for a new offensive against Ukraine. This directive reportedly comes from the illegitimate President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.
When evaluating these strategies, Syrsky noted that an offensive from Belarus appears unlikely given the current political climate, as its leadership may be hesitant to utilize their territory for aggression. However, he emphasized that Ukraine cannot completely dismiss this option.
Syrsky stated that the most probable scenario involves an offensive from Russian territory, particularly from the Bryansk region. He assured that Ukraine is preparing for this potential threat. In response to a question about whether this offensive would target Kyiv, Syrsky clarified that the focus would be on the Chernihiv region. This strategy may aim to divert Ukrainian forces from primary frontline areas where active operations are ongoing.
