Russian President Vladimir Putin has asserted that Ukraine will face territorial losses due to its actions in the Kursk region, which are deemed necessary for establishing a security zone. He mentioned that there are new proposals from Ukrainian authorities during ongoing negotiations. One significant proposal suggests limiting military operations in Ukraine to the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, as well as the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) and Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR). This strategy, according to Putin, would allow the Ukrainian Armed Forces to withdraw troops from other areas.
