Former Minister Galushchenko’s Bail Funded by Three Companies

Former Minister Galushchenko has been detained since February 17, 2026, and recently reports reveal that three private companies have collectively contributed over 100 million UAH for his bail.
The largest contribution, totaling 54 million UAH, came from the company “Tetras Optima,” which specializes in wholesale timber trading. The owner of the company is Tatyana Linnikova, a resident of the Kharkiv region. As of 2023, the company reported a net profit of 35,600 UAH and has been involved in a tax debt lawsuit for almost 4,000 UAH.
From September 2024 to January 2025, “Tetras Optima” was associated with the investment fund “Adamant,” which owns several legal firms. This fund is linked to the Avalon group of companies, associated with businessman Grigory Kozlovsky from Lviv.
Another firm, “Giran Contract,” contributed 46 million UAH. Established in 2024, its main activity is wholesale trading in metal products and plumbing equipment. According to the analytical system YouControl, the firm’s charter capital stood at 5,000 UAH as of October 2024, and it has reported no profits in the past two years. The company has one employee, with Elena Sidun as the director and beneficiary.
The third contribution of 5 million UAH was made by “SkyT Retail,” founded in 2021 in Kharkiv and also engaged in wholesale timber trading. In its 2023 financial report, the company’s only employee, Dmitry Ostrovsky, indicated no income and a capital of 200,000 UAH. The company changed ownership in June 2025 and relocated its registration to the village of Shchaslyve in the Kyiv region.
Overall, the three firms have provided nearly two-thirds of Galushchenko’s bail amount, indicating he will remain in detention for the time being.
