Despite the substantial profits generated by Grupa Cyfrowy Polsat and Telewizja Polsat, Piotr Żak, the son of Zygmunt Solorz, is also making his mark in the influencer marketing sector. His agency, Golden Coil, has seen impressive growth in revenue from this market, leading to significant dividends for him and his business partner, Martyna Karaś, according to reports from Wirtualne Media.
Last year, Golden Coil, where Piotr Żak holds the majority stake, reported a 16% increase in revenue. As a result, he and Karaś, who owns 25% of the agency, will receive a total dividend of 1 million PLN, which is 200,000 PLN more than the previous year, as stated by Wirtualne Media. The agency specializes in influencer marketing and consistently generates profits.
Influencer Marketing Profits Rise: 1 Million PLN Dividend
According to Wirtualne Media, the agency recorded sales revenues of 21.45 million PLN in 2025, derived entirely from marketing services and advertising campaigns. This marks an increase from 18.49 million PLN the prior year, reflecting a 16% growth. Net profit surged from 1.64 million PLN to 3.01 million PLN. The partners decided to distribute 1 million PLN as dividends while allocating 2.01 million PLN to reserves.
Following a legal resolution late last year regarding succession terms in the Solorz family, Piotr Żak became the president of Cyfrowy Polsat and ZE PAK. He has also served as the head of Telewizja Polsat since the beginning of 2024.
Moreover, Piotr Żak is the primary shareholder of Golden Coil, which has been operational for a decade and focuses on influencer marketing. He owns 75% of the company, which connects well-known online creators with brands seeking to advertise on social media. The agency collaborates with numerous prominent companies, including Empik and Decathlon, as well as various media houses.
