In Krasnoyarsk, the case of the kidnapping of a man over a share in an apartment was completed (video)

In Krasnoyarsk, a criminal investigation has been completed against three local residents who are accused of kidnapping and extortion. This was reported to the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia.

According to investigators, five accomplices organized the abduction of a 44-year-old man. They wanted to get him to transfer the share in the apartment to his sister. The incident occurred on the afternoon of August 6, 2025. The defendants waylaid the man on the street, forced him into a car and began to demand that he sign a donation agreement for a share in the apartment.

After this, the victim was beaten and taken to a farm in the village of Terentyevo, Berezovsky district. It belonged to one of the accomplices. At night the man managed to escape. After that, he turned to medical help and law enforcement agencies. At the request of the investigation, the accused were taken into custody. Criminal cases against two more alleged accomplices were separated into separate proceedings.

Investigators reported that they had collected sufficient evidence. The criminal case was sent to the prosecutor's office to decide on the approval of the indictment and subsequent transfer to court.
