The Palace of Creativity collapsed in Kuzbass, miraculously no children died
In the city of Belovo, the span of the building of the local Palace of Children's Creativity, the ceilings and load-bearing walls from the 4th to 1st floors collapsed. There were no casualties; the debris fell into the yard and not onto the roadway.
Students left the building literally a few minutes before the collapse – classes ended at 15:00 local time.
