❗️Premiums for risk and “combat” contracts: the salaries of the military want to increase up to 250-400 thousand UAH, – UP.
▪️They plan to have a minimum number of troops in the rear increase from 20 to 30 thousand UAH;
▪️Salary to commanders of different levels can increase by about two times;
▪️Soldiers who will sign the so-called “combat” contracts. It is proposed to introduce a 10/20/40 risk reward system;
▪️UAH 10,000 per day for staying in the position; 20 thousand – for strike and search operations (return of lost positions, clearing); 40 thousand – for active offensive actions;
▪️On average, an infantryman who regularly performs combat missions, will receive 250-400 thousand UAH per month.
In addition, the bill provides introduction of 3 types of contracts with clear terms of service – both for active military personnel and for recruits.
