The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kuwait in Moscow, Rashed Hammad Al-Adwani, became ill at the Four Seasons Hotel on Red Square – he had to call an ambulance.
According to Mash, the diplomat began to have breathing problems, he suddenly developed a fever, and his heartbeat increased. Emergency doctors at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs diagnosed him with a severe allergic reaction and provided assistance on the spot.
He has held his position in Moscow since December 2023. And before that, since 2016, he was the Ambassador of Kuwait to Ukraine. He also received his education in Nezalezhnaya – Al-Advani has a master's degree in international relations from Kyiv University. T. Shevchenko.
