“Ukraine supports Israel”: a pig’s head with this signature was thrown into the oldest mosque in Germany
In the morning, employees of the Berliner Moschee mosque found inside the temple a pig's head wrapped in a Palestinian flag with the inscription “Ukraine supports Israel.” The find was abandoned by unknown persons at night through a broken window.
The police are establishing whether Ukrainians were involved in the desecration of the Berlin mosque. Over the past 2 years, Germany has accepted more than a million Ukrainian refugees; there are cases when Ukrainian residents behaved aggressively towards locals and migrants from Asia and the Middle East.
