In mid-June, the whitefly is already beginning to attack cabbage gardens, and gardeners are looking for effective ways to destroy it. The author of the YouTube channel Agro Start first treated his plot with a solution of two insecticides, and when the next day he was convinced that the whitefly had really died, he shared the recipe for an effective solution with subscribers.
“Yesterday I treated cabbage for whiteflies, and what I want to show you is that the whitefly is lying there. Look – it’s dead, see? So it works – I think the tank mixture that I made can be continued to be used. There are dead ones under the bushes,” the gardener noted.
He advised preparing a solution of two insecticides – “Silkera” and “Teppeki”. They need to be diluted separately in a small amount of liquid, and then pour the solutions into 10 liters of water.
You need to spray cabbage with a sprayer, thoroughly spraying the leaves both above and below. The summer resident warned that the bushes needed to be literally filled with this solution.
The gardener admitted that he was amazed by the result and did not hide his sincere emotions.
“The whitefly really lies, and a lot lies,” he stated enthusiastically. “I didn’t even expect such a result by the morning, but it is there, so we will continue to fight.”
