Such pancakes satiate for a long time, without leaving heaviness in the stomach and helping to control weight without strict restrictions.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet – 300 grams
Egg – 1 piece
Onion – half a head
Oatmeal – 2 tablespoons
Parsley – a small bunch
Salt and black pepper – to taste
Natural yogurt – for serving

Step-by-step cooking process:

  • Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes or beat with a blender until it becomes coarse crumbs.
  • Finely chop the onion and parsley and combine with the meat.
  • Beat in the egg, add oatmeal, salt and pepper.
  • Mix the mixture thoroughly and leave for ten minutes for the flakes to swell.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan without oil or lightly grease it with a silicone brush. Spoon the mixture out with a tablespoon, forming flat patties.
  • Fry covered over medium heat for four minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the finished pancakes to a plate and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with a spoonful of natural yoghurt.

If you add not just parsley to the minced meat, but a mixture of dill, garlic and a pinch of dried garlic, the taste becomes much richer. And so that the pancakes do not stick to the pan even without oil, I always heat it over medium heat for exactly two minutes before laying out the mass. The secret is also that if the minced meat seems too liquid, you can add not oatmeal, but a spoonful of bran – they work even better and provide an additional effect for digestion.
