According to Yanyuk, thanks to the proportions, the roll tastes perfect without being too cloying.

Products for dough

  • 4 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 180 g flour;
  • 400 ml milk;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 30 g butter.

For cream

  • 350 g cold cream cheese;
  • 100 g powdered sugar;
  • 200 ml cold cream with 33% fat content;
  • 300 g cherries;
  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara.

Preparation

  1. Mix eggs, sugar and salt. Mix with a whisk.
  2. Pour in half the milk. Stir.
  3. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
  4. Add melted butter and stir the dough.
  5. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and grease with vegetable oil. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet and smooth it out.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for about 25 minutes.
  7. Prepare the cream. In a deep bowl, mix cream cheese, cream and powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer at maximum speed for about three minutes.
  8. Place the cream in the refrigerator.
  9. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool.
  10. Mix cherries with sugar.
  11. Apply the cream to the pie and sprinkle cherries on top.
  12. Roll the pie into a roll. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
