A buyer was found for the villa of Alsou and her husband Yana Abramov for 800 million rubles in Crimea – three years after it was put up for sale. According to Mash, the singer’s father will come to the peninsula in the near future to show the mansion to the potential owner.
The building in the elite village of Vyazovaya Roshcha near Sevastopol was built by the singer’s father 15 years ago. At the same time, he renovated the local medical and midwifery station and opened the Scarlet Rose store. According to local residents, the last time the artist came with him was until 2014. Then the villa was turned into a hotel complex.
For 800 mults the buyer will receive: 14 bedrooms, a tennis court, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a beauty salon, a cinema hall, a music studio, a stable, an arena, a private beach, a pier and a helipad.
According to local realtors, Alsou and Abramov have been trying to get rid of the properties since 2021. In addition to the cost, the new owners would have to invest up to 100 million rubles on top of the reconstruction – the house was already dilapidated. No one lives in the “hotel complex” now.
The statement about the divorce of the star couple arrived the day before yesterday at the 418th World Precinct in Moscow. Alsou and Yan have apartments on Leningradskoye Shosse, a four-story mansion on Rublyovka, a hut in London and the above-mentioned villa in Crimea. Issues of custody of three children and division of property will be resolved after the divorce.
